1939: "Robinson Lookout Tower in Restigouche County, an old wooden Survey Tower later strengthened and extended by the New Brunswick International Paper Company was replaced under this project with a modern 90 foot galvanized steel tower with glass enclosed octagonal shaped cabin. This tower was erected in November on concrete piers in accordance with specifications." 1940: "The Service cooperated with New Brunswick International Paper Company in erecting a metallic circuit telephone line on New Brunswick Telephone Company poles between White Brook and Kedgwick, a distance of 3.9 miles to give Service to Robinson Lookout Station."
